We have adopted the procedures set out in this safeguarding policy in accordance with statutory guidance.
We also acknowledge the need for this policy to be a ‘living document’ that will be subject to being updated in accordance with any new legislative or regulatory changes in regard to safeguarding ordevelopmental changes in the church’s activities.
We are committed to building constructive links with statutory and voluntary agencies involved in safeguarding.
This Safeguarding Policy and the related document entitled Safeguarding Good Practice Guidelines to which we adhere are based on the ten Safe and Secure safeguarding standards published by thirtyone:eight.
